Communication with the client was brilliant for the commissioned piece. It's something that I learned from Helen Curston is that always phone someone as they can answer your question there and then. Rather than leaving it a week on an email, get it sorted out. Harrisons were always avaliable to take my calls and answer my questions about sites as long as it doens't affect their confidentialityagreements with clients.
